The Slow Food movement grew out of a rejection of the ever burgeoning fast food business. As fast food establishments infiltrate our environment they impact our health with questionable ingredients, high calories, and a hurried eating approach to dining that has altered our digestion as well as our social/food experience aka the dining table.
It is extremely important to know where our food comes from. As a lover of food I joyfully spend a great deal of time seeking out quality ingredients. I am committed to serving food that is fresh, local and organic.
I am 100% committed to the time and attention required to prepare and serve food of the highest freshness and quality. I embrace the challenge of cooking, well, for a variety of tastes, philosophies and health needs.
Please let us know ahead of time if you have special dietary needs – we want you to enjoy your breakfast.
