I LOVE FOOD!
I have been cooking since I was a little girl. Food is fun and yummy. So much for the diet.
I believe it is important to know where our food comes from. I am committed to serving food that is fresh, local and organic. I am a member of the Slow Food movement and I participate in CSA. I am 100% committed to the time and attention required to prepare and serve food of the highest quality.
Specialities include homemade granola with seasonal fruits (fresh or roasted); creamy yogurts and homemade treats; Frittatas, Stratas (made with fresh from the garden veggies) potatoes organic meats, House Special Visger Cakes with local organic Maple Syrup. Breads and other baked goods are home baked.
Breakfast includes fresh juices, fresh ground organic coffee, and an assortment of organic teas.
Vegetarians and vegans fear not: we have delicious specialties for you.
